This was, is and continues to be the most amazing journey of learning and path to enlightenment, both as a person and as a coach. My time at Supercoach Academy has been full of loving kindness, personal and spiritual growth, and the meeting of minds, hearts and souls with some awesome fellow coach travellers. The SCA is a really well structured, clearly thought out programme that allows coaches of differing experience to access material, practice new skills and revive forgotten skills and knowledge in a very safe, enabling environment. It was a brilliant idea by Michael Neill and executed so well by him and all his support team. It was a lot of money and effort but well worth every penny. Where to begin? I just know that on the 4 occasions I made the trek (24 hours from Australia to NYC) by the time I was at morning tea break, having listened to Michael share for the first part of the day, I knew the trip was worth it all, even if just for that one hour of learning from him! I let it wash over me, soaked it in, remember some of it, and experienced his genuine commitment to expand his learning and yet still recognise his humanity in the process.
