Supercoach Academy Europe Financial Agreement and Legal Disclaimer

As an early enrollee to Supercoach Academy Europe, I acknowledge the full cost of the program to me to be in the amount of $12,000 USD (or $15,000 by payment plan). I hereby acknowledge that in enrolling for this program I am responsible for the full amount of the cost of the program regardless of completion. I further understand that there will be no refunds issued for the price of this program for any reason.

I understand that this covers my participation in the Academy, and any and all pre-course materials, coaching, and bonus opportunities made available as part of my early admissions package.

While I understand that training and coaching are potentially life-changing experiences, I also accept that I remain responsible for my choices, actions, thoughts, and feelings throughout the training and coaching process.

I therefore agree to the following:

I will not under any circumstances hold Michael Neill, Genius Catalyst Inc., or any of its employees or assigns liable for any loss or damage that occurs as a direct or indirect result of our time together, in perpetuity.

Participation in this program does not constitute employment or certification, nor does it allow me to use Michael Neill’s name or likeness or the Genius Catalyst Inc. brand without separate and explicit written permission.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and California. The parties specifically agree that, regardless of where any breach occurs, and regardless of the citizenship, nationality, or residence of any party, whether in the United States or abroad, that jurisdiction over any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be exclusively with the courts situated within the State of California. In the event of any dispute, professional mediation will be employed before any other legal action can take place.

This agreement cannot be modified without express written agreement from both parties.
