Sara Hebert

Personal Success Coach.  Chief Play Officer for business, family and life.

Using an Inside Out approach, Sara Hebert works with clients to create clarity and ease in living. Whether the aim is executing high-stakes business transactions, emerging after major challenges, finding deeper connection and meaning in life and relationships, or adding new experiences to the status quo, clients’ lives are transformed – and more fun too.

How would your life change if you were comfortable with, even excited and patient about, not knowing? Typically the unknown is accompanied by muddled thoughts that lead to stress, anxiety and indecision – the opposite of clear and easy living.  In fact for many people, “normal” day-to-day living is filled with incessant thoughts that distract and drain energy. Through active coaching with Sara, you will come to understand the nature of thought and what is behind your experience of life.  You’ll see your own wisdom at work and enjoy the freedom and creativity that flow from real understanding and clarity. You will trust that your wisdom and Universal wisdom are always available.  It’s amazing what happens when you live in this inside-out understanding and welcome the unknown as part of the life process.  When true play is added to the coaching mix – play, which science has proven fuels innovation and health – the possibilities become endless.

“Life – and work – is more fun when you play from the heart.”
