She then decided a more rewarding profession was to exclusively build people and unleash them to the most amazing life that there is: theirs! Out of passion and commitment of being among the best professionals she then trained extensively with top specialists in coaching, psychology and personal development, both academically and through more exclusive programs. Magda now works with international clients on both life and leadership aspects and her approach is highly tailored. She mainly works with individuals, in one-on-one sessions; but also with small groups or business teams for whom she occasionally develops and runs workshops to further assist them with their growth.

Rates
The worth of my coaching depends on the scope and duration of the commitment, as well as its value added (particularly for companies). Reference rates start at 1000 euro per month for life coaching and 5000 euro for a leadership coaching contract. Payment will be made entirely upfront by bank transfer.

English, French and Romanian.
Method of Coaching
As much as your willingness to travel I welcome working with you face to face. Else, I commonly work via phone/internet, with equally amazing results. (In this case I would still love to arrange to meet you at least once face to face).
Session Length
1 hour sessions, 3-4 times a month. The fee equally covers in-between sessions support: additional inspiration and assistance mainly via email.
Minimum Commitment
6 months or by project (for businesses).
