Elese spent her professional life transforming organizations through people, nurturing talent and human potential in order to successfully deliver strategic business change. She held top posts in Telecommunications, IT, Web and Media in FTSE 500 companies.
As a certified MSP Program Manager she delivered complex IT business solutions world-wide for British Telecom and managed large, cross-cultural, interdependent teams. She headed the Program and Project Management Division for British Telecom Americas and was director of the professional practice. She has wide experience in leading organizational change, innovation, and cultural adaptation.

Elese Coit has been training professionals for over 20 years. Elese was a graduate lecturer at Westminster University, London and holds a MA degree. She focused on Strategic Organizational Change and Consulting at Cranfield Management School. She is a Certified Master Transformative Coach and a Certified Integrative Coach. She trains professional coaches at Supercoach Academy.
