Cecile is an expert on creating a powerful vision for your business or professionnal life from your deepest dreams and core values AND translate that vision into a workable, structured plan.
Creating a vision, thinking out-of-the box, and looking at things from an unconventional angle comes effortlessly to her. She will lend you these skills to help you get unstuck and create THAT powerful vision for your own business.
As a writer, she also knows very well all the specific challenges met by creative people (lack of confidence, setting oneself extremely high standards and in the meantime being stuck in procrastination, to name a few) and is particularly good at helping creative people to create a way of life/business that help them to live their passion for their art/craft.
As a passionate spelunker, she has been able to practise “field coaching” for more than 20 years : how to deal with your fears, with an obstacle, how to keep a collected mind, when to know that you are creating your own fears out of your self-imposed limitations, when to know that the danger is real and what is really off-limit (well, if you want to stay alive!). She has dealt with all these issues for herself and others as well as a team-leader and instructor.
Her approach blends creative thinking at its best AND structure.

There are currently three coaching plans to choose from : the 6 month-long Anapurna plan, the 3 month long Kilimandjaro plan, and the 1 month Ben Nevis plan (in order to decide which plan is best suited to your needs, go to her coaching plans page).
Access to a plan is not automatic : it is a decision that you and Cecile take together after a get-acquainted session during which you explore whether you and Cecile are a good fit for each other.
Ideal Client
Cecile loves to work with highly creative people; the ones who have hundreds of ideas rushing in their heads and then need to put them in order to get things done, people who benefit from being given a structure within which to focus on one project before tackling the following. These people usually truly suffer from not seeing anything coming to fruiton altough they have some many ideas (well, because they have all these ideas) and who experiment deep relief as well as feeling secure from my approach that brings together creative vision (and they feel great about that) and structured action (and they know that is what they really need).
She gets on very well with highly sensitive people as well, introverts or people who have difficulties to express what they confusedly feel inside.
Generally speaking, she is good at assisting the ones who are not going down the easy road, or who would like to leave it, and dare not…yet.
