Today I’m a certified Transformative Coach having graduated from Michael Neill’s Supercoach Academy in New York.
But, believe it or not, I’ve been working as a banker for more than 20 years!
I was born and raised in the cutest little island of Madeira, in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Lucky me! Beautiful place, great weather, nice people… Just not big enough for my dreams.
So, when it was time I went to Lisbon to the university, where I got my Economics degree and started to work in banking. Because of my job, I lived for many years in Lisbon, then moved to Holland and later on to Mozambique. All amazing experiences and incredible learning opportunities. I loved it! Except that I ended up paying a huge personal cost. And I almost lost myself on the way…
Fortunately, life has it’s own way of providing us with second chances, and as if by magic, when all I could see around me was darkness, I got my wake up call!
And suddenly it all fell into place. The circumstances around me were exactly the same that had thrown me into a serious depression, but I learned to look at my glass as half full and not empty as before. I found my life’s purpose, my mission, my passion, my joy. I experienced a real transformation and with it I unearthed myself.
After all, all it took was a deep look inside, because all I ever needed (truth, happiness, peace) was already there, I just had to find it, grab it and transform it into LOVE.
why coaching?
When you go through such a major life changing experience like I did, it’s impossible to keep it to yourself. You have to pass it on.
You feel like you can change the world!
It all made perfect sense when I realized the interconnectedness between my biggest values, my motivations and my skills. And on top of it all… I had the opportunity to learn from the best of the best in the coaching world! The delight is unmistakable when the magic is perceived and when you experience really owning your life.
And because I truly get that everything is already within you I want to be there, for anyone who is willing to take on this amazing journey of self-discovery and whom I might assist.
This, I believe, is my mission.

I work with people for whom happiness seems impossible to get, because they still don’t have the perfect partner, the house of their dreams, enough money or the right opportunities. People who haven’t yet realized that happiness, that happiness that they so hardly try to achieve, has been inside them all along.
As your transformative coach my role is to help shed some light on to your path, spot what you might not see for yourself, hear what you might not notice that you’re saying, untie a few knots that might be holding you back, offer you my unconditional support, ask you the right questions, throw you a couple of challenges and walk with you along this amazing adventure that is your personal journey of self discovery.
Rates
The sessions will take approximately 1 hour. Unlimited email coaching is offered in between the sessions. A few more extra benefits are offered depending on the subscribed package.
- “Caterpillar” – A package of 12 sessions held over a 3 months period – 2.000€
- “Chrisalys” – A package of 22 sessions held over a 6 months period – 3.000€
- “Butterfly” – A package of 48 sessions held over a 12 months period – 5.000€
Payments can be made via Paypal, major credit cards or bank transfer and are to be made up front.
