Alara brings her experience as an accountant, entrepreneur, wife, and mother to her transformative coaching practice. Alara founded Integral Changes Int’l Inc. in 2007 and creates personalized programs for each of her one on one clients and custom programs for small groups.
In the 1990’s Alara was the busy mother of three small children, running her own business, and doing it “all”. In fact many people thought that she “had it all”. Yet, something was missing. Somewhere along the way in the midst of being a good wife and mom, managing a home, and creating a successful business working with several hundred women entrepreneurs – she had forgotten who she was and why she was pursuing all of these goals. She had become so busy doing for others – that there was no space left for “her” in her life. She knew that something needed to change, there had to be more to life than just checking off bigger “to do” lists.
As Alara became curious about what was missing, she began researching, exploring, and immersing herself in both traditional and non-traditional education that led to an amazing transformation. She discovered that it was absolutely possible to create a life where she could honor herself first, and thus bring the very best of who she is to all of her relationships. Her home environment, marriage, family and business were also transformed. It is Alara’s passion to share what she’s learned and support others in finding the way to their version of a joyful and peaceful life!
Alara lives in western Canada with her husband and three adult children.

Alara specializes in working with women who find themselves frustrated with the life they’re currently living. Her customized program fees range from $300/month to $2,500/quarter. Payments are accepted by personal check and PayPal.
