From the Desk of Michael Neill:  In 2010, I created Supercoach Academy and delivered what was originally designed to be a one-off training that would teach coaches how to bring out the best in people and make the best better. The quality of teaching, coaching, and studentship on that program was so impressive to me that a new vision was born - to create one hundred "supercoaches" - caring, committed individuals who wanted to make their living by making a difference. By 2012, that goal was reached (and exceeded) as students from over 28 countries had flown across the world countless times and put in over 15,000 hours of practice to learn the the secrets to transforming lives.So it was time to take a break - to step back from the process, see what worked and what didn't, and allow my own understanding of what it takes to transform lives to deepen and my own sense of what was possible to expand. I've spent hours with both faculty and graduated students continuing to explore the nature of the human experience and how best to support our clients in experiencing less stress, better results, and more wonderful lives. And today I'm delighted to announce that we are opening the doors to new students for Supercoach Academy 2014 - Coaching from the Inside-Out. Based on what we've learned over the past four years, we've created a new format for next year, which will involve less travel and more time to shift your foundations, deepen your grounding, and develop your practice. There will be four live weekends of 3 1/2 days each, running from Thursday to Sunday lunchtime for the first three weekends and Thursday to Sunday evening on the final weekend in September. a. The Foundation weekend will be held in Los Angeles from January 16 - 19, 2014As always, your time between live sessions will include small group pod calls, virtual masterclasses, coaching practicum, and supervision calls. We are also offering an expanded Virtual Track this year for people who cannot travel. This was an experimental program we added in 2012 to great effect. Virtual Trackers are able to participate during the weekends via live stream on the internet, and will also receive additional support from me and the Academy faculty. Because of the additional time commitment, there is an additional cost if you choose to attend in this way.
