Terms and Conditions
If participation in the course is withdrawn before September 30, 2011, a refund of both deposit and payments received to date will be made, less a $500 administration fee.
If participation in the course is withdrawn after September 30th, 2011 but before December 1st, 2011, a refund of the deposit and payments received to date will be made, less a $1500 administration fee.
If participation in the course is withdrawn after December 1st, 2011, no refund will be issued.
There will be no refunds for Advanced Track participants, as there are limited spaces in the program.
If a coaching session is scheduled with Michael Neill as part of a promotion for the program, and the coaching is received and the participant subsequently withdraws from the program, Genius Catalyst, Inc will retain $3000 for payment of that coaching session in addition to the terms above.
