Erin began her career in project/program management 16 years ago and built a successful career leading global projects for several Fortune 500 companies. Erin continued on this path despite a strong desire that there was more to life than existing day after day, almost sleep-walking through life unaware of what else might be possible. After a series of personal challenges, she began to imagine a world where she could create a life of passion, fun, and success on her terms. The dream grew and she began a journey of experiences that would change her world and allow her to create the life she imagined.
In 2010, Erin embarked on a new journey into the world of Transformational Coaching when she completed a comprehensive training program, Michael Neill’s Supercoach Academy in New York. That same year, Erin founded I.D.A. Coaching where she works with her clients, both individuals and companies, to transform their lives and to realize that they too can Imagine, Dream, and Act.

Erin’s passion is working with her clients to imagine a life they would love to create, dream bigger than they have ever dreamed, and then turn that dream into a reality through action. If you want to create an amazing life, Erin is there to inspire and support you as you move from imagination to creation.
Rates
Individualized programs are offered for 3 months, 6 months, or one year. Depending on the personalized program, her fees range $2500 a quarter to $4500 for a six month period.
